Mc Donas' roots take place back at Bachillerato Tecnologico de El Grullo, on Wednesday the 1st, March 2019, where and when we were meant to start a micro-enterprise from zero. This is a one-man enterprise. Its owner and founder: Angel Ambriz Guzman.
At the beginning, the micro-enterprise was thought to sell raspados, but at the end of the day, the idea of making donuts crossed my mind, throwing these delicious donuts as the final and definitive result.
So, when the first selling day arrived, there was a lot of uncertainty, but it all turned out to be a complete and huge success, to the point that everyone began to ask for their customized donuts.
